Before Deleting Your Cash App Account
Before you delete your Cash App account, there are a couple of things you need to make sure you do so that you don’t disrupt any of your finances or, worst of all, lose any money.
Remember that deleting your Cash App account cannot be undone.
Firstly, make sure that you transfer any money in your Cash App account back to yourself or send it to somebody you trust. You can withdraw money in Cash App back to yourself by tapping the Cash Out button below your balance.
If you leave money in your account when you delete your Cash App account, you might not be able to get it back.
You should also make sure that you remove your Cash App card from any online sites, if you have a card. This will stop you from trying to use a card that won’t work anymore, and will also prevent you from having problems when paying for subscriptions.
