The Attack on Titan episode 73 release date has been revealed. And the Attack on Titan episode 74 release date. Confused? A recent delay in airing new Attack on Titan episodes has led to a rare double bill for the hit anime series. That, when coupled with Daylight Savings Time, means you’re going to have to readjust your schedule this week in a bid to avoid spoilers.

Below, we’ll make things clear cut amid all the confusion. Now that the dust has settled, we have the official Attack on Titan episode 73 release date. What’s less clear, however, is the air time on Crunchyroll and Funimation. We’ll offer up some possibilities, as well as when you’re likely to catch the penultimate episode of the entire series, episode 74.

For all that and more on Attack on Titan episode 73 (season 4, episode 14 if you’re following along on Crunchyroll), grab your ODM gear and swing on down below.

Attack on Titan episode 73 release date: when does the new episode air on Crunchyroll?

The Attack on Titan episode 73 release date is now Sunday, March 21.

After an earthquake affected the original broadcast of the episode on March 14, plans were made to instead make next week’s airing a double bill. According to Funimation, “Episode 73 will now launch at the usual time on Sunday, March 21. Episode 74 will be released right after.”

The episode 73 air time might change, though. Crunchyroll still lists a general time of 8:45pm GMT for UK viewers. Thanks to Daylight Savings taking place two weeks earlier in the US than the UK, that means a slight shift: 1:45pm Pacific/4:45pm Eastern. Things should be back to normal for the finale, however.

Attack on Titan episode 74 will be released on Sunday, March 21. It’s not yet known if it will drop at the exact same time as episode 73 at 4:45pm Eastern or at a slightly later hour.

Attack on Titan season 4 release schedule

The Attack on Titan season 4 release schedule has kinda been revealed. And it’s not good news. As per AnimeTV on Twitter, Attack on Titan season 4 is currently scheduled for 16 episodes, though that hasn’t officially been confirmed.

Whether that’s going to mean a second part will follow this current batch of episodes it’s unclear. Tellingly, it echoes Twitter user Spytrue – who has been on the money with insider info and tweeted out in November that the current run is set for 16 episodes.

So, what’s next after the 16 episodes? Attack on Titan is unlikely to wrap everything up in the next three-to-four weeks. Our advice? Keep your eyes peeled on the sixteenth episode’s end-credits for an announcement about the show’s future. For now, here’s every episode that’s aired so far – and when we can expect the rest.
